Meet the Team


Director of Student Services

I work behind the scenes making sure everything runs smoothly and deal with the legal side of things. I delight in progressing the business and ensuring all our rooms are let and are of a high standard.

I am very proud of our family business and although I took over from my dad in 2012, he still pops in regularly to keep us on our toes! His father was quite the globe-trotter and entrepreneur: born in Italy, moved to England, and finally went to Australia. We are a family with plenty of go!

Students will be happy to know I am the ultimate organiser so I can alleviate any of their concerns about their accommodation and can be assured that standards are as high, if not higher than our larger competitors.”


Head of Accounts

My job is, keeping tabs on the all-important money side of the business. However, Sam often bounces her ideas off me and we work well together as we both love to be organised.

As this is our family business I am very proud to see how effective Sam is in driving it forward to be so successful. I also have a creative side and delighted in helping decorate the rooms, particularly when we first started.


Senior Accommodation Officer

Coventry born and bred, I started with this family business in August 2012 and certainly don’t want to work anywhere else. Students tend to work with me from the word go: I provide continuity from the start of a student’s journey here until they leave.

I am responsible for all queries, emails and ‘phone calls about accommodation. Although my job is full-on I love dealing with new students every year; with different cultures, languages and customers. We learn from them and they learn from us and, as they rarely leave us during their time at University, we really get to know them.


Accommodation Officer

I love my job: organising viewings, dealing with the mail, emails and students’ parcels. I started here in 2014 and one of the best parts of my job is getting to know the students.

I often meet them at viewings and when they come to collect their parcels; I learn a lot about where they come from, the sort of food they like and what they like to do in their spare time. I also love the fact that the students are so diverse and come from all over the world. I know that they really like the face-to-face contact with me; they are dealing with a real person. Being a family business, the accommodation here is homely and comfortable and I know the students really appreciate having their own kitchens and bathrooms.
